Transformers.js v4: Now Available on NPM!

Transformers.js v4 is now on NPM after a year of development, introducing a new WebGPU runtime in C++ rewritten with ONNX Runtime contrib ops for better performance and cross-environment support. The release also brings repository restructuring via pnpm workspaces, modular class separation, and a dedicated examples repo.
