`LeRobotDataset:v3.0`: Bringing large-scale datasets to `lerobot`
LeRobotDataset v3.0 packs multiple episodes per file with relational metadata to fetch individual episodes, and adds native streaming via StreamingLeRobotDataset. It includes a one-liner to convert v2.1 datasets to v3.0 and integrates with lerobot for PyTorch DataLoader usage.
