How Cursor built a growth iteration loop with Vercel Microfrontends and Flags
Cursor unified four properties under cursor.com using Microfrontends to ship the marketing site while preserving signup flows. They built a growth loop with Flags, Edge Config, and Statsig to run experiments on localization, navigation and CTAs, and moved publishing to an agent-first workflow by dropping a CMS for code-driven updates. PR-triggered previews and even agent-generated videos enable fast, global iteration across ~100 routes with minimal downtime.
