llm 0.31

llm 0.31 releases enabling CLI access to large language models. It adds a new GPT-5.5 model via llm -m gpt-5.5, a verbosity option (-o verbosity) with low/medium/high, and an image detail option (-o image_detail) with low/high/auto (and original for 5.4/5.5). Models in extra-openai-models.yaml are now registered asynchronously.
