AI for Food Allergies

AI for Food Allergies surveys how AI and big biological data are accelerating allergy research, from protein structure prediction (AlphaFold) to allergenicity models (AllergenBERT). The project aims to create a community-driven research lab bridging AI with biomedical science, leveraging open data layers (protein, clinical, food) and shared resources such as SDAP, AllerBase, and DAVIS.
