Elastic Build Machines is now GA

Elastic Build Machines is now generally available for all Pro and Enterprise customers and is the default for new Pro teams. Vercel evaluates each project to assign the right build machine, balancing speed and cost; during beta, about 80% of projects saved costs with smaller machines while maintaining speed, and the remaining 20% were auto-upgraded for faster builds.
